How to run an MTR using WinMTR?

To diagnose, troubleshoot the issue and determine the best course of action to resolve this, we will need affected user to perform an MTR test using WinMTR and share with us the result.

Here are the instructions on how to perform an MTR using WinMTR:

1. Download and install WinMTR from https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
2. Once installed, open WinMTR and enter the domain or IP address you wish to test in the “Host” field.
3. Click the “Start” button to begin the test.
4. The test will run for several minutes and will display the results in real-time. The results will show you the percentage of packet loss at each hop along the route, as well as the latency for each hop.
5. To save the results, click the “Export text” button and save the file to your computer.
6. Share the results with your support team or service provider for further analysis.
