How to Renew Your Domain or Hosting Subscription?

Your domain or hosting plan is about to expire, and you’re ready to pay for it. CLDY has made renewing your subscription super easy through your Client Portal. 

Note: If you are wondering if you have other domains that are expiring which need to renew, punch in your domain name to our domain expiry checker tool and it will be able to help.

Renewing Your Domain or Hosting Subscription:

1. Go to https://manage.cldy.com/ to login
2. Click Domain or Service to open the drop-down menu.
   
3. From the drop-down menu, follow the instructions to renew your Domain or Service using either of the options we outline below:

How to Renew Your Domain:

Option 1: Renewing from your “Domain List”

1. Under Domain, click Domain List.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose your Domain from the Domain List.
   
   
3. Find the Domain you want to renew. 
   
   
   
   On the right side, find the blue button labeled “RENEW.” 
   
   
4. Choose your Renewal Terms, or the duration for which you’re renewing the Domain from the drop down menu.
   
   
   
   Click Checkout. 
   
   
5. Go to the Shopping Cart icon on the Top Right, beside your Profile Icon or Avatar. 
   
   
   
   
6. Add your Credit or Debit Card details.
   
   
   
   If you want to use this card again for future payments, you might want to tick the option that says “Save as default card?” 
   • The full text reads: “Save as default card? I authorise CLDY.com PTE. LTD. to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from my card account in accordance with the terms of my agreement with you.”
     
     
7. You may also pay via Bank Transfer, ATM Fund Transfer, and PayNow.
   1. At the bottom right of the page, you will be able to see the option in a blue button. Click that. 
   2. Click on View or Download to see your Invoice Number.
      
      
      
      
   3. You may pay through the following options: 
      • Bank Transfer
      • ATM Fund Transfer
      • PayNow
   4. After you pay for your renewal bill, you may then email [email protected] with the following information, so that we can facilitate the renewal of your subscription: 
      • Invoice Number
      • Time and Date of Payment 

 

Option 2: Renewing from the “Domain Renew” section

1. From the Dashboard, click on Domain and Domain Renew.
   
   
   
   
2. Tick the Domain you want to renew, and select your renewal term (1 Year or 2 Years).
   
   
   
   Click on Renew. You will then be given a prompt to confirm that your renewal request is on queue (it will automatically be added to your shopping cart).
   
   
3. Follow the rest of the steps outlined above, starting from navigating to your Shopping Cart, Step 7 from the section “Option 1.”

How to Renew Your Hosting Subscription or Other Subscriptions:

Option 1: Renewing from your “Service List”

1. Click Service List.
   
   
   
   
2. Choose your Subscription from the Service List.
3. Tick the Service you want to renew.
4. On the right side, find the blue button labeled “RENEW.”  
   
   
   
   
5. Choose your Renewal Terms, or the duration for which you’re renewing your chosen Service from the “Renew Term” drop-down. 
   
   
   
   Click Checkout. 
   
   
6. Go to the Shopping Cart icon on the Top Right, beside your Profile Icon or Avatar. 
   
   
   
   
7. Add your Credit or Debit Card details.

2. Tick the Service you want to renew. Choose your Renewal Terms, or the duration for which you’re renewing your chosen Service from the “Renew Term” drop-down. 
   
   
   
   Click “RENEW” at the Bottom Right of the page. 
   
   
3. Follow the rest of the steps outlined above, starting from navigating to your Shopping Cart, Step 7 from the section “Option 1.”
